General Flight Information:

  • Ensure you meet the requirements to travel to this destination.
  • If you have a ticket for a domestic round-trip flight, please inform the airline if you will not be taking the outbound flight, to ensure your return flight is not canceled. This is in line with the ANAC regulations (Article 19 of Resolution No. 400/2016). This notification should be made before the departure time of your outbound flight.
  • For round-trip journeys: The outbound flight you select will determine the prices for the return flight.
  • If you choose a fare that allows for a percentage or full refund, remember that you can only make the request before the departure time of the first flight on your itinerary.
  • The aircraft model might vary due to operational reasons.
  • For changes, you will be charged the rate of the selected fare profile or 100% of the total fare (round-trip), whichever is lower (plus any fare difference, if applicable).
  • Prices in Brazilian reais (R$) for checked baggage, flight changes, and refunds are indicated based on today’s public exchange rate and might fluctuate on the transaction day. The charged amount will be calculated based on the foreign currency exchange rate on the transaction date.
  • Upgrade vouchers are only applicable for the purchase of Plus and Top fares. Check the upgrade terms associated with your fare.
  • You can request a full refund for your ticket as long as the request is made within 24 hours of receipt and the purchase was made at least 7 days prior to the flight date, in accordance with Article 11 of ANAC Resolution No. 400/2016.
  • When choosing a flight operated by another airline, you can select seats directly with that airline.
  • For flights to and from the United States, check baggage fees and optional services.
  • If your final destination is New Zealand or you are transiting through New Zealand, you must have a new Electronic Travel Authorization (NZeTA).
